Here are some tools that I highly recommend you to download, install and scan your system. I would suggest at least scanning your system once a week, unless your heavy Internet surfer… Then I would suggest scanning daily. Let me know if you have any questions!

I recently did some major updates on my music production computer which included finally biting the bullet and installing all of the Microsoft Critical System updates which I have been neglecting for over a year now. I wanted to get my system ready before I install my Cakewalk Sonar 8.3.1 Producer Edition Updates that were recently released. Anyway, after installing SP3 I ran into a life or death situation, well not really but you know what I mean!
The infamous Windows XP Boot Cycle. You can imagine how upset I was!!! Every time I hit the Windows Logo during the boot of my system, it would reboot and there was nothing I could do about it. I tried everything after spending some time researching online. I spent over an hour with technical support with my computer manufacturer and still no luck. Eventually, I tried unplugging all USB and FireWire devices and “wah lah” I narrowed the search. It was a driver issue…
To fix this issue, I went into the Device Manager and deleted all USB drivers and rebooted the system. Then I plugging in my USB keyboard and mouse and Windows reinstalled the drivers. This did remedy my issue (you may have a different issue altogether). I have successfully installed all my Sonar updates and my system is back to normal again, thankfully! I hope this helps anyone else that runs into this issue! Have a great night…
Some links I wanted to share as well:
Note: Now please take caution here, it is important to install the hotfix which I gave above before installing SP3.

Welcome to the Darkside Productionz Blog. Here I will be posting plenty of new videos, news & events, products, and much more. Currently, I am working along side a group of pretty talented artists in hopes to create some new music for the world.
In the mean time… Accidentally on Purpose, an Album that is about to drop by Swift Dixshun. This album highlights the ups and downs of Swift throught out his life. With songs such as Area 951 speaking about where he grew up and the things that he was exposed to on the streets. Some of us have it easier than others but when you sit back and listen to the songs you can’t help but relate. Other songs on the album include: Where Are You Now, Think, Us Not Them, No Warning Shots Fired and Fear of The Sypher. And that is just to name a few…
The album will show the world “Swift Dixshun” as a solo artist. A majority of the songs on the album were produced by Swift Dixshun (also known as Swift Diesel while on the beats) and recorded, mixed, editted, and arranged by Sean O.C. from Grownear Productions. Personally, one of my favorite producers which I have not yet had the priviledge of working with yet. We have been working hard to get the album wrapped up and I can only imagine how much work went into this because I have only been involved within the last few months. I am honestly humbled to be working with some true talent.
On top of all this great music about to hit you we are also working on a lot of side projects. Swift and myself have collectively made about 40-50 new beats in the last few months between all the projects I am working on and his album. Combine with two 1/2 dope DJ’s, 2 dope producers and an emcee… We have trouble coming your way. So keep your eyes on the blog and your ears on the music!!!
Enjoy and best wishes to everyone!
