So after some time of editing I finally have the video for “My Own Home” completed. The song features Swift Dixshun, Mando The DJ, Obsurd1der and Kizm. The track was basically made by all of us in a collaborative effort. For all of those that represent IE hip-hop, take the time, show some support for those holding it down in your area.

The Method – May 9th 2009
The Method
On May 9th 2009 I went to a dope underground hip-hop event hosted by DJ Ickee in San Bernardino, CA to support Swift Dixshun, Mando The DJ, AfterDark and DJ Ethos while they rocked their set out of an industrial garage. The setting was pretty dope… It really had that raw underground hip-hop feel. Their were a lot of really dope underground groups performing such as: Red Eye (featuring Kelley Mak & Paradox), Noa James (with DJ C’Est la vie), Stevie Crooks, Nick Fury, Relative Patients, Annunaki Bloodline, AfterDark (with DJ Ethos), Info:Discard, Simple Thoughts, Wackoe & Melissa .B, Tha Nothing, Do Gooders, Swift Dixshun (with Mando The DJ), Dialect & Reflect, Kid Presentable and Grand Angel.
Here is some video I took of Swift Dixshun & Mando The DJ and AfterDark & DJ Ethos. Enjoy and please feel free to leave comments.

New Photos – Studio Sessions
Check out some new photos added in the photo section of the blog. You can get there by click the “Photos” links in the navigation at the top or to make life easier, you can click the following link: Photos Page.

A majority of the photos are taken from video, so bare with the quality. I think they have a vintage look to them. Anyway, you will see photos pf studio sessions, rehearsals, darkside logos, shows and events. Enjoy!
